A change of Hearts for Charlotte

Charlotte and Quade were talking about hearts..She was talking about what they look like by doing the heart symbol with her hands. Quade dumps, "That's not really what a heart looks like." They bicker for a moment, and I am asked to solve this mystery. I show Charlotte the most benign photo I can find of a "real heart." She stared in utter shock/disgust/disappointment for at least 2 minutes. I finally had to ask, "You ok?"Quade chimes, now show her a brain! She snapped, "I'm scared of brains!"
